5. How will I receive my User ID Card?
Your digital User ID Card will be sent automatically to your registered WhatsApp number within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
6. Is the ID Card physical or digital?
The ID Card is digital only and provided in PDF format. No physical cards are issued.
