AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. provides digital services only. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when users receive their digital User ID Card after successful registration and payment.

1. Nature of Delivery

  • No physical products are shipped.

  • All services and documents are delivered digitally.

  • The User ID Card is issued in PDF format.

2. Mode of Delivery

  • The digital User ID Card will be sent to the registered WhatsApp number provided at the time of registration.

  • In some cases, the ID card may also be sent to the registered email address for backup purposes.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • After successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, the User ID Card will be generated.

  • Delivery timeline:

    • Within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment

    • Delays may occur due to technical verification or incorrect user details

4. Delivery Confirmation

  • WhatsApp delivery of the PDF ID Card will serve as confirmation of successful service delivery.

  • Users are advised to save and keep a copy of the ID Card for future reference.

5. Incorrect or Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail if:

  • Incorrect or invalid WhatsApp number is provided

  • User’s WhatsApp account is inactive or blocked

  • Technical issues with WhatsApp or internet connectivity

In such cases, users must contact us within 7 days of payment for re-delivery.

6. No Physical Shipping

  • AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. does not provide:

    • Courier delivery

    • Postal delivery

    • Printed ID cards

  • No shipping charges apply, as the service is fully digital.

7. Service Completion

  • Service is considered completed once the digital ID Card has been sent via WhatsApp.

  • Non-receipt due to user-side issues does not qualify for a refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
