This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be considered for services provided by AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).


1. Registration Fees

  • The registration fee of ₹1000 paid by the user is a one-time, non-refundable fee.

  • The fee is charged for:

    • User registration

    • Issuance of User ID Card

    • Activation of healthcare consultancy facilitation services

Once payment is successfully completed, no refund shall be issued.


2. Cancellation by User

  • Users may choose to discontinue using the services at any time.

  • However, no refund will be provided for:

    • Voluntary cancellation by the user

    • Non-usage of services after registration

    • Partial usage or inactivity


3. Cancellation by Company

AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user’s registration without refund if:

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided

  • The User ID Card is misused, shared, or transferred

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity is detected

  • Terms & Conditions are violated


4. Payment Failures & Duplicate Transactions

  • In case of payment failure, no registration will be activated.

  • If a duplicate payment is successfully debited due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

  • Refunds for duplicate transactions (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


5. Third-Party Payment Gateway

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. does not store or process card, UPI, or bank details.

  • Any technical issues during payment processing must first be reported to Razorpay support.


6. No Medical Refund Liability

  • AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. acts only as a facilitator.

  • We do not provide medical treatment directly.

  • No refunds shall be issued for dissatisfaction related to:

    • Doctor consultation outcomes

    • Medical advice or treatment results

    • Partner hospital, lab, or service provider actions


7. Changes to This Policy

  • The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
