By accessing or using the website and services of AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services

AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. provides:

  • User registration for healthcare consultancy facilitation

  • Online and offline consultation coordination

  • User ID Card issuance valid for 1 year

  • Membership valid for up to 5 family members

👉 We do not provide medical treatment directly. We act as a facilitator connecting users with partner doctors, hospitals, labs, or service providers.

2. User Registration

  • Registration is mandatory to access services.

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information.

  • One User ID Card is issued per registration and is valid for one year from the registration date.

  • The User ID Card is non-transferable and can be used only by registered family members (maximum 5).

3. Payments

  • A one-time registration fee of ₹1000 is applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

  • AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. does not store card, UPI, or banking details.

  • Successful payment confirmation is required to activate the membership.

4. ID Card Usage & Validity

  • The User ID Card is valid for online and offline consultancy facilitation.

  • Card misuse, sharing, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

  • The card must be presented during offline consultations when required.

  • ID Cards are sent digitally via WhatsApp after successful payment and verification.

5. Family Membership Rules

  • Membership covers up to 5 family members only.

  • Family details must be provided at the time of registration.

  • Adding or replacing members after registration is subject to company policy.

6. Refund & Cancellation

  • Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is completed.

  • No refund will be provided in cases of:

    • Incorrect user information

    • Misuse of services or ID card

    • Voluntary cancellation by the user

  • Service suspension or termination due to policy violation will not qualify for refunds.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide correct and lawful information

  • Use services only for legitimate purposes

  • Not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to services

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for:

  • Medical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment results

  • Acts or omissions of partner doctors, hospitals, or service providers

  • Technical issues, service delays, or third-party failures

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, text, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of AMEDI SERVICES PVT. LTD.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected

  • Regulatory or legal requirements demand action

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
